About Me

I am a professional videographer and photographer based in Hillcrest near Durban, Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa. I grew up in Hillcrest and have lived here most of my life. I began my creative journey in 2000 when I started tinkering around on graphic design software, I decided to formalise my interest by enrolling in graphic design courses then got a job at a printing company, it was during this time that I started editing videos and eventually bought my first professional camera. I had a stint working at a marketing company as senior graphic designer but after almost two years I decided to start my own business.

It's now 20 years later as I type this and I'm still going strong. I've shot over 300 weddings in KZN, Johannesburg and Cape Town. I've been featured in local and international wedding blogs and I've even been published in Vogue magazine (UK).

I spent 12 years as the bass guitarist of a band called Spoonfeedas, we had number one hits on 5fm and toured internationally. It was a fun time of my life which I'll always look back on with fondness. Nowdays I'm happily married to the love of my life and we have a baby girl.
